Anyway here is an anti-giant changeling/anti-tank rifle.

The Alicorn Arms Anti-Giant Rifle is a pony based weapon, not designed for human hands. It is a weapon featured in my uncompleted story, MLP: Tale of a Palace Wizard and created by Alicorn Arms. It was designed to be used by skilled marksmares and stallions to hunt down larger-than-normal changelings out on the Changeling Frontier. Though unfortunately with this variant, it can only fire one round at a time. [Newer variants capitalize a magazine system like any other bolt action.] The striped slide placed on top of the weapon can be moved forward, revealing the breach inside. The tripod mounted just under the barrel is to help stabilize those long range shots from a prone position. Alternatively this weapon can be mounted on any machine gun mount by removing the tripod legs.

It fires a massive 13mmx100mm cartridge capable of easily piercing most giant's exo-skeletons at any point.

[Note I'm not a weapon designer in any way, this was just for fun. I try to think about how things operate and I try to get terms correct, but again I'm not an expert.]
This concept routed from the "Battlefield 2142" Park 52 sniper rifle, except with a ridiculously sized round.
